DICE Customer-Centricity Assessment

The challenge was to create an online tool to help clients begin to assess their own internal processes through the lens of customer centricity, and ultimately create more value through a partnership with Gongos. A core team was gathered to deliver on this abstract initiative.

In the position of art director, I developed the concept, executed the aesthetic, and collaborated with the team to coordinate the many moving pieces of this cross-platform digital tool. We decided the most effective product would be a survey and accompanying digital booklet.

 
 

After my “living thread” concept was established, I developed a style guide that acted as a reference document to keep visual consistency between teams, and consistency with any future collateral pieces. When the copywriters were finished developing content, we structured the survey and accompanying digital booklet.

Working closely with copywriters, marketing specialists, software developers, and data analysts, we were able to successfully deliver an effective and beautiful tool to company leadership.
